Well.  We love food.  The Food Network is the channel our tv is stuck on forever, and before we met, Cory swears he didn’t know all the amazing things food could do in his mouf.  That aside, He is the computer behind the scenes guy for this, and I’m the frontman I guess.  The blog started with our idea to take a different country that we randomly chose from our globe, and to make a food dish from that place.  However, that got really expensive really quickly, since the first few places we chose are large-family-oriented-cultures, which meant tons of food AKA tons of money.  We will continue to update in the spaces between the countries, though, and we hope you enjoy.  We would love for people to be inspired to create new dishes or to try what we share, and of course to always give us feedback on what you like or hate about the food or the blog.
