Hot Cross Buns

We made these for Easter—delicious! When warm, they are better, because they’re like cinnamon buns almost because of the icing :)

Stroganoff Lasagna

This is a delicious dish made up entirely out of Ashley’s mind. There are probably other versions out there, but we did not use a recipe for it, so that makes it hers :p

It is basically beef stroganoff , but it has been deconstructed and then used as filling for lasagna. The result is a very delicious and filling dish.

Lasagna you say? Lasagna!-I say!
